1.0 release

We should totally do it, now that we have Atom 1.0 support and anything
else contributed by the new feedparser.

I still really really want to target the godawful memory usage, but that
could be fixed in a followup release in, say, a couple of months.

Anyone know of any showstopper bugs preventing a stable release? Anyone
else in favour of poking Jeff until he does some magic?
