Running on Windows produces no output

Hello,

I've been trying to get PlanetPlanet to run on Windows from the most
recent nightly.

I have read and followed
http://lists.planetplanet.org/archives/devel/2006-January/000655.html
and http://lists.waugh.id.au/archives/devel/2006-February/000676.html
and it runs, but the produced output does not have any items in it.

To clarify: the output directory contains newly created index.html
atom.xml and rssx0.xml files but they are empty of content from the
feeds specified in config.ini

Any help?
