4. I can't find any way to day "I do not care about items_per_page in
   the slightest, I want you to respect days_per_page". If I only set
   days_per_page, it gives me 60 items as per the code default. If I set
   items_per_page = 0 it gives me 1 item. If I set items_per_page = 1000
   it gives me every item it has, even if days_per_page = 5

I'll try and come up with tests and fixes for some of this.
