Include noindex,follow?

Ni hao,

What do you folks think about including,

  <meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow" />

in the example html feeds? Though almost every 'real' Planet site will have
their own theme, including this in the example html is worthy encouragement
to do the same on 'real' Planet sites. It nicely avoids contributing to the
heat death of the universe.

Thoughts? Would you use this on your own sites (particularly interested in
answers from major public Planet administrators)?
