[PATCH] Planet in Fedora Extras 4, devel

Hello.

Planet is now in Fedora Extras 4 and devel (what will be 5). It's based 
off patch-20 from the arch repo. To get it:

   yum install planet

Then check out the docs and examples under /usr/share/doc/planet-1.0.

There's only one patch applied to it (attached), which removes shebang 
lines from the planet .py modules. Fedora has QA checks on the rpms, 
such that files that have shebang lines should be executable. I had two 
choices: make the .py files executable in the packaging; or remove the 
shebang lines. Since these modules don't seem to be intended to be run 
on the command-line, I decided to remove the shebang lines.
