Problem loading images from Blogger in post. (fetch_filter)

I tried your patch and it works much better than the previous filter but
it still fails on a lot of images.

I would personally really prefer to locally cache these images since I
don't care about bandwidth.

Do you think you could help me out with the code in order to create the
wanted filter as explained in my previous e-mail please?
