An advanced version of index.html.tmpl?

Hi All,
I had a look at the generated HTML file at http://planet.gnome.org/
and I notice that the index.html.tmpl is modified to emit many block
level elements that helps in writing nice CSS files.

For example, 
		<div class="post">
		<div class="post2">
			<div class="post-header">
				<h4 class="post-title"><a href="http://perkypants.org/blog/2006/05/31/qotd-brigadier-michael-slater/">QoTD: Brigadier Michael Slater</a></h4>
			</div>
			<div class="post-contents">

Is is possible to have this in the default planet distribution?
