Generating invalid feeds

Hi all, got a question...

Planet uses Mark Pilgrims liberal feed parser to basically parse any and all
broken feeds, but does planet have to then generate broken feeds as well?

My small planet at http://www.planetapteryx.org/ seems to always break with
invalid feeds with unescaped &'s in a posts title etc.

Is there anyway to get Planet to deal with these and generate a valid xml
feed at all?
